One-on-one feeding therapy
For children who experience challenges with eating, including picky or selective eating, sensory sensitivities to food, or difficulty chewing or managing different food textures.
Areas of support
- Picky or selective eating
- Sensory-based feeding challenges
- Chewing and mouth coordination
- Food exploration and expanding variety
- Mealtime participation and routines
- Self-feeding skills
Sessions take place at home, where most mealtimes actually happen. I use a child-led, play-based approach to help children explore new foods at their own pace, build positive experiences at the table, and feel more at ease at mealtimes.
Is it picky eating, or something more?
Many young children go through picky phases: preferring familiar foods, balking at new textures, changing favorites week to week. It may be worth a closer look when eating shrinks rather than grows: a very short list of accepted foods, entire food groups or textures refused, gagging or distress at the table, or mealtimes that shape your whole family's day around stress. If you're not sure which side of that line you're on, that's exactly what the free consultation is for.
Parent coaching
Parent coaching gives you practical strategies to carry what your child is learning into everyday life at home. You'll leave each session with specific, actionable ideas, not just information.
